Interview Details
We interview potential new consultants at the end of both semesters. The interviews consist of one behavioral interview and one case interview. Potential new consultants must already be a members of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity at Miami University.
Behavioral Interview
The behavioral interview will be focused on your leadership and ability to work in a team. Expect questions regarding what you can contribute to EBC and what impact you can make for the firm.
Case Interview
This is an interviewer-led, 30-60 minute case interview, where you will be responding to the interviewer’s guidance as they move through the case. You will be required to show both soft skills and quantitative skills.
This case will test your ability to:
Understand the key question being asked
Apply a case framework
Identify internal and external drivers
Brainstorm drivers
Read a chart
Calculate Answers
Assess Risks
Create Recommendations
Give a concise wrap-up

While the process may seem daunting, our goal is to ensure that all members of Alpha Kappa Psi feel fully prepared to pursue EBC by providing casing mentors both before and after EBC applications are submitted.
