Timeline & Commitment

While having a project with East Bridge Consultancy may seem like a time intensive process, typically all that is required of your company after establishing SOW’s with our VP of Corporate Relations is that your representative meet with our consultants at least three times throughout the project’s timeline, those being:

  • First PM And Representative Meeting

  • Midpoint Check-In

  • Final Presentation

Our projects typically last one semester (roughly 13 weeks) and begin the moment our consultants arrive back on campus. The order that our projects typically proceed in is as follows:

  • Before the semester begins, our Vice President of Corporate Relations will coordinate with your company representative in one to two meetings to understand your business needs and explore how East Bridge Consultancy can provide meaningful support.

  • Following these initial conversations, a Statement of Work (SOW) will be drafted, edited, finalized, and signed.

  • When our consultants return to campus, project teams are formed based on interest and skills aligned with the project scope.

  • Project Managers (PMs) schedule a meeting with your representative to walk through the finalized SOW and clarify any initial questions or expectations.

  • PMs host the first internal team meeting to review the SOW and assign “teamlets” — sub-groups focused on specific deliverables tailored to their respective areas.

  • Teamlets begin working on their focus areas, meeting according to their preferred schedules. Full team meetings occur at least bi-weekly to maintain alignment.

  • PMs stay in regular contact with your representative to address specific questions or updates via email or your preferred method of communication.

  • At the semester’s midpoint, the full team meets with your representative to present a skeleton deck of the final deliverable. Feedback and redirection are welcomed to ensure alignment.

  • The team finalizes all deliverables and prepares a polished presentation. This is delivered either at your company site or virtually, depending on feasibility discussed during the midpoint call.

Team Structure

Our usual team structure consists of three teamlets under one Project Manager—a consultant with outstanding previous project experience — who receives additional guidance and support from our executive team, as illustrated in the graphic below.
